An Abuja Federal High Court today struck out a suit challenging the election of Governor Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto State as judge claims original suit is missing.

Justice Gabriel Kolawole struck out the suit after declaring that the original suit, which was ordered to be retried by the Supreme Court, was not found in the file, adding that the applicant, Senator Dahiru Umar did not make them available.
