The speaker stated this last week when Governor Sheriff, presented the 2010 budget at the floor of the house. The Speaker, however, said he was satisfied that the 2010 budget presented by Sheriff had corrected the abnormality.

He noted that development of all rural areas in the state should be top priority of the Government to prevent rural urban migration.

The Speaker thanked and commended Sheriff for listening to his observation on the 2009 budget as regard the exclusion of the northern senatorial zone part of which he represents.
