Stanbic IBTC Holdings has announced an interim dividend of N2.50 per ordinary share of 50 kobo each, worth N39,754,423,115.00, according to a corporate action statement released by the NGX.

The Company Secretary, Chidi Okezie, in the announcement dated September 22, said the dividend subject to deduction of appropriate  withholding tax and regulatory approval, will be paid to shareholders whose  names appear in the Register of Members as at close of business on Monday 06, October 2025.

According to him, the Register of Shareholders will be closed from Tuesday 07 October 2025 to   Tuesday 14 October 2025.

The announcement reads: “On Tuesday 21 October 2025, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at close of Trading on Monday 06 October 2025, and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts

“Shareholders who s are yet  complete the e-dividend registration are advised to  download the Registrar’s form  which is ahol  available  on  Our  Registrars  website, complete and submit to the Registrar.

“Shareholders with dividend warrants and share certificates that have remained unclaimed or are yet to be presented for payment or returned for validation are advised to complete the e-dividend registration or contact the Registrar.”
