StarTimes to facilitate affordable access to digital TV in Nigeria

The StarTimes Group says it is working to ensure that every Nigerian household accesses digital television at affordable rate as the country moves into full digitised TV broadcasting.
 Vice President of the StarTimes Group, Mr Vincent Gao, said at its headquarters in Beijing that the media company which has interest in broadcasting and television network, system integration, technology services, Pay TV and program content and integration, already has 2.8million subscribers in 60 Nigerian cities, the largest in Africa.
 He said the company which was established in 1988 was targeting $100bn in market value worldwide with a brand concept to connect the world over time.
