The Plateau State University Bokkos is preparing to host the 2018 edition of the Nigerian Universities Theatre Arts Festival (NUFAT).
The Vice Chancellor of the university, Professor Yohana Daniel Izam, said during a dance performance by the Theatre Arts students to welcome the VC who was newly appointed, that the aim of the festival would be to use theatrical performance to promote the importance of unity.
In his remark, the Dean of Faculty of Arts, Associate Professor Thomas V. Anpe, said contingents from 26 participating universities would attend the festival planned to provide opportunity for undergraduate students of Theatre Arts to showcase their talents.
