A chairmanship aspirant for the Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC) in the forthcoming council election, Barrister Sylvanus Tanko, has expressed concern on the states of health and education in the council and pledged to upgrade all the health centers and improve the education across the council.

Tanko stated this when he declared to contest for the chairmanship of the council before the APC stakeholders and party executives in Jabi.

He said the dilapidated state of some primary health centers, ranging from lack of enough medical personnel and drugs has been worrisome.

He also said that his administration would create a conducive learning environment for pupils in primary and secondary across the council.
