The student, Ufurum Precious Chichi, said with the invention, a gate man will no longer be required to open the gate.
She explained that the gate can be used in the banks, parks, supermarket, hospitals and industrial areas.
She stated that the component used in constructing the project were micro copula control that works with other part of the circuit, alarm unit, motor unit, power supply, censor unit that makes the gate open after sensing that a person or car is close to the gate.
The supervisor of the project Engr. Abdulraheem Abdulaziz, said that the automatic gate control has the objective of saving energy of a gateman.
He advised that Close Circuit Television (CCTV) and counter must be added to it if it should be used in the bank in order to have the pictures of people.
