Fatima, the Government Secondary School,(GSS) Kuje, Abuja, principal, said that sports keep the students fit and develop their talents.
She stated this at the school Inter-House Athletics Competition held at the GSS Kuje Sport Complex.
According to the principal, the school will continue to place emphasis on sports, expressing her satisfaction with the performance of the participating houses.
She commended teachers, parents, students and stakeholders for contributing to the success of the competition.
Kwali House emerged the champion of the competition with 361 points, Abaji House came 2nd with 345 points and Rubochi House scored 343 points to take the 3rd position.
