Students of the mechanical engineering department at the Federal Polytechnic Bida have designed and constructed a poultry feed milling machine in collaboration with their supervisor, Engineer Mohammed Enyiola Usman.
Engineer Usman, who is the initiator of the project, said that the machine had hammer and crusher mills and that all the materials used for the construction of the machine were locally sourced. He however said the cost of the machine was estimated at N400, 000.
