Sujimoto to construct 25-floor automated apartments

Sujimoto Construction Limited recently in Lagos unveiled plan to launch a new housing project named The Lorenzo, a 25-floor luxury apartments on Bourdillon Road, Ikoyi, Lagos.
Sujimoto is a new real estate company which has constructed an outstanding 22 units of Medici Terraces also in Ikoyi.
The Managing Director of the company, Mr. Sijibomi Ogundele said the company believes that Nigeria and its citizens should be at the centre of innovative real estate development, hence the idea behind the Lorenzo, a redefined luxury living that will bring the best of the world to the centre of Lagos, the commercial hub of the country.
According to Sijibomi, the Lorenzo is going to a magnificent 25-floor architectural masterpiece to be built on 3,800 square meters of amazing landscape and it will present home owners within the building the elegance of world class residential poise with unrivalled features, facilities and excellent services. 
The Lorenzo is targeted to be the tallest residential building in Lagos with 25 floors, 57 units including three Penthouses and two villas.
It is a multi-storey building with apartments including two-bedroom, three-bedrooms, four-bedroom villas and six-bedroom penthouse.
 “An average size of units is between 360m2 to 1,000m2, including common areas,” he said.

He said the administration and operation of the building will be handled by international hospitality experts adding that his company had contacted Leacy Group that manages Wheatbeaker Hotel in Lagos and Michelangelo Hotel in South Africa.
Sijibomi explained that his company will sell only 22 units adding that the first 20 buyers are eligible to a free furnished apartment, or a 2017 E or S-Class Mercedes Benz adding that investors that express interest in the purchase of floors may do so at a discount.
He said work will start on the project by first quarter of next year adding that it will take between 24 and 30 months to complete it.
“Lorenzo building is something that will be a landmark in Nigeria because everything in this building will be fully automated. It will be one of the best in Africa in terms of architecture, location and lifestyle,” he emphasised.
