Sultan @10:Special payers held for Nigeria

Activities marking the 10th anniversary of Sultan Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar has commenced with special prayers  for sustainable peace, unity and prosperity  of Nigeria.

The Sultan, Emir of Kano, Alhaji Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, the Emir of Damaturu, Governor Aminu Waziri Tambuwal of sokoto state and his deputy, Ahmed Aliyu‎ were among those in attendance at the prayers held at  Sultan Bello Mosque, Sokoto.

 Other dignitaries at the special prayers which was led by Sarkin Malaman Sokoto, Alhaji Buhari Sirdawa  included Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko, the zonal Vice Chairman of APC in charge of the North-West, Inuwa Abdulkadir and former deputies Governor of Sokoto, Alhaji Ahmed Gusau and Alhaji Chiso Dattijo among others.

The Imams also prayed Allah to continue to guide Nigeria’s leaders aright and to provide them with the wisdom  to lead the nation  out of the current challenges.
