The event is to take place at the IVC Camp, Kilometre 32, Lagos/Ibadan Expressway at 10a.m on Sunday, December 27. This is the second time that the Sultan would attend the Islamic Vacation Course (IVC) programme in recent times as he was at the formal opening programme of the 86th IVC last year December where he launched the foundation-laying of the camp’s mosque with three million naira.

The sultan’s visit is expected to afford him with the opportunity to assess the level of development at the camp. The formal opening programme would also feature the foundation-laying of male and female hostels, which would be done by Oyo State Governor Adebayo Alao-Akala and the Aare Musulumi of Yorubaland, Alhaji AbdulAzeez Arisekola-Alao who had earlier promised to construct hostels at the camp.
