Sungold Estate Ltd has launched two housing projects, Lenox Apartments and Splendour Apartments in Gaduwa and Durumi districts of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
The two estates are named Lenox Apartments and Splendour Apartments.
General Manager, Sungold Estate Ltd. James Ali last week said payments for the two estates are open to the public.
Lenox Apartments is a block of 14 flats selling at an off plan price with discount consideration for outright purchase.
Facilities include: Intercom connection; Fitted kitchens; Electric fencing; CCTV; Centralised water supply system; Ample parking space; Street lights and; Recreational facilities.
Splendour Apartments is a block of 16 units also selling at an off plan price with similar facilities, in addition to a swimming pool.
Ali said both projects have a target time frame of 11 months for completion.
