Sunu Assurances Nigeria Plc has announced the resignation of its Managing Director/Chief Executive Mr. Morufu Apampa  effective 30th November, 2018.

The company, in a statement, said that his resignation had been accepted by the Board of Directors, while  the Executive Director, Technical & Operation Mr. Samuel Ogbodu had assumed the role of the Managing Director/Chief Executive of SUNU Assurances Nigeria Plc in acting capacity for a maximum period of ninety (90) days in line with the provisions of NAICOM’s Code of Corporate Governance.

The statement reads in part, “The Board of Directors would therefore take appropriate steps within the period of ninety (90) days to appoint a substantive Managing Director/CEO for the company.”
