According to Dr. Martin who is also founder of Live Savers Music Group, Abuja, “as concerned citizens we should all speak-out against the many ills going on in our country, we have no other country other than Nigeria.”

Also a researcher, she said, “the love for my country is what brought me back from the United States of America under the invitation of the Federal Government in a bid to contribute my quota to the development of my country.
 “This is no time to point accusing finger at anybody, we need to go to God in prayer whether you are a Muslim or a Christian and ask for forgiveness. Our government needs to take the issue of corruption seriously, they should not be fighting corruption with kid glove, and corruption should be given a heavy hard punch.
“Organs like EFCC and ICPC should be empowered and given a free hand to arrest and prosecute all those people stealing our money. Our politicians have plundered our common wealth with no mercy and they are walking scot-free still oppressing the common man with their stolen money un-ashamed,” she said.
