Real estate developer, T Pumpy Concept Limited, has announced plans to unveil a new residential estate, T Pumpy Garden City, in Karsana East, Abuja.

The project will be officially launched on Monday, September 1, 2025.

Managing Director of the company, Mr. Akintayo Adaralegbe, said the new estate is part of efforts to make homeownership more accessible in the Federal Capital Territory.

“This project is another important step in our mission to make homeownership affordable and accessible to Nigerians, while also contributing to sustainable community development in the FCT,” Adaralegbe said in a statement.

He explained that the estate will come with Certificates of Occupancy (CofO) from the Federal Capital Territory Administration to ensure legal ownership for buyers. The development will also feature paved roads, drainage systems, electricity supply, street lighting, and landscaped green areas.

On pricing, Adaralegbe said a special sales campaign will run between September 1 and October 31, 2025, with plots measuring 500, 300 and 200 square meters available at ₦5 million, ₦4 million, and ₦3 million respectively. Buyers will also have the option of flexible payment plans spread over three months to one year.

“We recognize that land and housing in Abuja are often priced beyond the reach of many Nigerians. That is why we have deliberately structured this estate to be affordable while maintaining high standards of quality,” he added.

T Pumpy Concept Limited has previously delivered estates in Lugbe, Kurudu, Jikwoyi, Guzape, Katampe, Karsana and Apo Gude, as well as projects outside Abuja, including in Ibadan, Ekiti and Ilorin.

According to Adaralegbe, the new project aligns with the company’s broader mission of creating opportunities for families, professionals and investors to own property while contributing to national housing development.
