This initiative, which the Minister of Finance, Budget and National Planning will commission today, is part of the corporate repositioning strategy of Taju Audu & Co., a member firm of the TGS Global Network.
The international network of professional business advisors, with over 3,000 professional staff in over 50 countries around the world, will have its corporate head office located in the building.
The firm has been the Nigerian Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative’s (NEITI) appointed auditor for the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry for four audit cycles (2012, 2013, 2020 and 2021). It has been at the forefront, alongside other non-governmental organisations, in ensuring transparency in the Nigerian oil and gas sector in the last decade.
The state-of-the-art TAC House building, which is behind Zartech Supermarket in Wuye, is a demonstration of the construction prowess of Skyview Homes & Leisure Ltd., an associate company of TGS Taju Audu & Co. within the TAC Group.
Skyview Homes & Leisure Ltd engages in construction, property investment, property development and hospitality.
The Skyview Homes hospitality concept, is demonstrated on the last floor of TAC House as a boutique hotel, specially designed for luxury and comfort. The hotel features 11 rooms classified as 4 studio rooms, 4 deluxe rooms, 2 business suites and 1 royal suite.
The hotel is managed by highly trained professionals and has amenities that include finely finished rooms, fitness centre, fully equipped laundry, room service, a lounge and event spaces of different categories.
The building also houses the AA&T Training Institute, which is run by AA&T Consulting Services, the consulting arm of TGS Taju Audu & Co. incorporated in 2009 to engage in Management, Financial, Tax Advisory, Public Revenue Consultancy, Debt Reconciliation and Recovery, IT Services, System Design and Implementation, Human Resource Consultancy, etc.
