She said if members of the Boko Haram group were taught peace at early stages in their lives, they won’t have grown to be terrorists.
The facilitator, who stated this during an interactive talk programme with students of Devine Mercy Secondary School in Asokoro, Abuja, said any country that wants to develop must first start by teaching their children about peace and equally preaching about peace generally.
According to her, the country is faced with security challenges that need dialogue and positive compensation to achieve progress, unity and love.
She called on children to abhor violence and strive very hard to be successful in their education in order to be better citizens of the country.
Another member of the organization, Chidezie Acholonu, called on children to be security conscious at all times, including at home.
