An Ado-Ekiti Chief Magistrate’s Court yesterday remanded a 16-year-old student who allegedly murdered his schoolmate. The accused, Kehinde Timilehin, a student of Ado Grammar School, Odo-Ado in Ado-Ekiti, is standing trial for murder of 18-year-old Favour Matthew.

According to the prosecutor, Insp. Johnson Okunade, the accused stabbed Matthew on the chest and killed him on Dec. 6 in Ado-Ekiti.

The case was adjourned to Jan. 18, 2019. (NAN)
