A magistrates’ court at Iyaganku, Ibadan, Oyo State, on Thursday, ordered remand of Ismail Idris (18) in a correctional facility for defiling a three-year-old girl.
The prosecutor, Insp Folake Ewe, told the court that Idris on November 4, lured the girl to his house and defiled her.
The Magistrate, Mrs Patricia Adetuyibi, who did not take the plea of Idris, ordered that his case file should be sent to the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) for advice and adjourned to February 9, 2023. (NAN)
