Have set your eyes on the current Lexus IS F from Japan? It has the motoring note which most enthusiasts would love to hear. The V8 under that bonnet has very strong powerful sound that gives you the feeling as if rhino was standing next to you- perhaps coughing. It’s been around for a while and I remember seeing a black coloured version and its carbon fibre wheels. It just looks amazing on the Muritala Mohammed express here in Abuja. So far long term report worldwide reveals its ride to be a bit too harsh. That means on Nigerian roads it may not make driving pleasurable as expected. Most roads around the country are not very smooth so you’ll likely experience a bit of crashing feeling within the interior. Still you will love it for being able to handle S bends and I feel it would do great on south-south roads. It out performs the average car but still has to contend with the M3 and C63 AMG or RS4. It will definitely not stand a chance with the hand built M3 GTS which is amplifying thunder. So since last year I have only seen two in Abuja. It could be because Lexus regularly don’t fall in the list of economical cars in Nigeria. So should you be afraid to get one. Absolutely Not!
