Poet Dami Ajayi said his last good read is Emmanuel Iduma’s ‘A Stranger’s Pose.’ “Even though I read this book in manuscript, reading it in hard copy and as a finished work is also mesmerising. This is an indescribable book really. It bends many genres into one experience that makes you grateful for your literacy. The writer went and outdid himself this time,” he said.
Ajayi is a poet, medical doctor and music critic. Along with Emmanuel Iduma, he co-founded Saraba Magazine in 2008. His most recent collection of poetry is ‘A Woman’s Body is a Country.’
