Lately,  there have been cases of cult clashes in many parts of the country. The sad part is that it involves youths who ought to be doing something productive with their lives.

For many years, it appeared as if the menace of cultism had been brought under control because there were only a few cases reported, but that is no longer the case. I call on parents to monitor their children/wards to ensure they are not keeping bad company and they are not engaging in acts that are capable of destroying their lives. Security agents should also step into the situation and make sure that all those caught engaging in cultism are properly punished. That is the only way to deter others from getting attracted to cultism.
