The Senator representing Bayelsa East constituency, Ben Bruce on Monday said the senate has never been the same since the absence of the senator Dino melaye.

The embattled chairman of the Senate Committee on FCT, Senator Dino Melaye (APC, Kogi),has said he was not strong enough to resume work at the senate.

He, however, said he had bounced back to the chagrin of those who sought to seal his lips from speaking out against tyranny, politics of oppression and blackmail.

Ben Bruce in a tweet said,"I want @dino_melaye to come to the Senate on Wednesday even if he is on crutches. The @NGRSenate is not the same without Dino! We miss him. I know he is on crutches but I want him to come on Wednesday and I will stand with him".
