National Programme Coordinator (NCP)
Interested applicant must have a Masters or Higher Level University Degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Economics or other disciplines. The candidate must have a proven record in the field of project preparation, coordination and … of agricultural projects particularly agricultural value chain.
Financial Controller (FC)
Interested applicants must have a masters or higher level University degree in Accountancy, Agricultural Economics, Business Management, Finance, Economics or other relevant fields. The applicant must have a professional qualification such as ICAN, ACA, NAN, ACCA, with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience. The applicant’s experience must include a minimum of seven years in financial management team of donor funded projects. Also a strong working knowledge of both national and international accounting packages, banking and financial control procedures, including computer literacy will be required.
Procurement Officer (PO)
Interested applicant must have a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualifications. Having a Masters degree will be an added advantage. The interested applicant must have a minimum of seven years of relevant post qualification experience in donor supported programmes. A strong background and experience in successfully carrying out procurement using similar procedures, methods, specifications etc will be required.
Planning, Management and Evaluation Specialist
The interested applicant must have a higher level university degree in Agricultural Economics, Economics and Statistics or other relevant field. Proficiency in use of database and spreadsheets in the use of statistical and other software packages for both quantitative and qualitative analysis and other demonstrated skills.
Knowledge Management and Communication Advisor (KMC)
The interested applicant must have a higher level university degree in a filed related to communication, journalism, or a related discipline. Experience in Agriculture Communication will be added advantage. Interested applicant must have at least seven years
Experience in ICT. The applicant must have proven ability in documentation and advocacy, demonstrated capacity to develop and oversee implementation of presentations, communication and reporting skills.
Market and Enterprise Development Advisor
Interested applicants must have a Masters degree in Business management, Marketing, Agribusiness or related fields. Applicants must have a strong background in business and marketing blended with practical skills and at least seven years imprisonment in issues and programmes related to agricultural commodity marketing, agro-processing and agro-industrial development and MSME promotion.
Agricultural Production Advisor (APA)
Interested applicants must possess a Masters or higher level university degree in Agronomy, Agriculture and other relevant discipline. The applicant must have a minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience including at least seven years in implementation of productivity enhancement projects using participatory approaches and gender mainstreaming.
