It is not always that you meet someone 37,000 miles above sea level and its love at first sight. Heather was my neighbour on board a Boeing 777 flight over the Sahara as we made our way out of Nigeria in the clouds. We had so much in common, it was uncanny. This included love of books, the arts and the joy of parenting. More often than not, you are hardly ever seated beside someone you like. We hit it off, Heather and me. It was as if we had known each other in a previous life. Her choices of books were amazing and her discussions on life were a treasure. Here, enjoy her five favourite books.
