Nike is the convener of SistaSista- a yearly network meeting and event for women and girls widely appreciated in the FCT with over 500 participants.

The Future Awards nominated her for On-Air Personality of the Year in 2007 and she was honoured the same year as Best Female Radio Presenter by the Abuja Literary Society.

Nike is a contributing writer for several local and international publications and sees herself as a community leader inspired to make a change for women in Abuja and Nigeria. She is a public servant with a satellite agency.
