This Week’s Guest: Tosan Chuckwueke, educationist, accountant, world traveller, arts lover, avid reader, humanitarian.
Tosan Chukwueke is one of the gentlest persons I know. Tosan Chukwueke is one of the gentlest persons I know. Sweet in the true sense of the word and gentle in everything she does, yet her gentleness belies her strength and the firmness applied to her convictions. Tosan’s generosity in spirit has touched a good number of people who have met her. As a friend and sister, she is loyal and selfless. Together with her husband, IK, they have been unwavering supporters of books, reading and writing. They have given whatever they can to celebrate my arty side over the years. Tosan is good mother whose love of the arts makes her a very special guest this week. During this interview, she kept going in and out of her study to bring out several books to illuminate a point. Tosan’s daughter, Chinwe who is also an avid reader assisted me in conducting this interview. Next week we bring you the five favourite books of 15 year old Chinwe in our first mother and daughter outing. This week we feature a reader who believes in family. Here enjoy Tosan’s five favourite books.
