It has become obvious that there are some individuals parading the corridors of power who are not qualified to be anywhere around organizations saddled with the responsibilities of developing policies for national development. The burden of wealth creation has been on workers, while some politicians and economic parasite over consume what the worker sweat to create. Workers are the key driving force of all economies. The major problems of the Nigerian economy are corruption and lack of good governance, and until we solve those problems our economy will continue in comatose. Today there are probe reports with names of those who swindled our country of several trillions of both naira and other foreign currencies, these people are still living in Nigeria either walking freely around   the corridors of powers or directly holding public or political offices rather than being in jail.
As we are approaching the year 2015  election insha Allah, those in public or political offices should think “ today it is only that they have” because” yesterday has passed with its good and evils while tomorrow has not yet arrived”. while President Jonathan is promising to create more jobs for Nigerian citizen  as one of his manifestos  while one among his cabinet members is calling of mass sack of civil servants, in a country of one of the highest number of unemployed, which has indeed led to gross deprivation and the current state insecurity in Nigeria. The truth, which Mr. President as a beneficiary is running away from, is that of corruption has become a real burden on the economy and it shall be the only priority item on the table of any serious government, even if you sack all workers in Nigeria culprits will still walk free. In the end I will like to ask Mr GEJ is the price of petroleum increased from N97 naira to N120 because almost all the petrol station in my home state are selling it at N120? People are suffering because of that pls.
