Three people have lost their lives in a road accident at Polo Roundabout in Jos North Local Government Area of Plateau State.
The crash involved a truck which reportedly lost control, leading to the death of the driver and two other occupants.
The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) confirmed the incident to newsmen in Jos.
The FRSC Public Education Officer in the state, Peter Longsan, said the crash occurred at about 2:30 a.m. on Monday.

Longsan attributed the accident to loss of control, warning drivers against reckless driving, especially at night when visibility is poor.
He urged motorists to ensure their vehicles are in good condition before embarking on any journey, and to adhere strictly to speed limits and traffic regulations.
He further cautioned road users against overloading and dangerous driving, stressing that compliance with safety measures is key to reducing road crashes and saving lives.
