The accused are Bala Mati (55), Abdulkarim Bawale (55) and Sale Sani (65). They were arrested at Muduru village, in Mani Local Government Area state, after the victim’s father reported the case at Muduru police outpost.
The Police Prosecuting Officers, Mr Hashimu Musa, told the court that the accused persons lured the victim to Bala Mati’s residence where they forcibly had sexual intercourse with her at different occasions.
The police prosecutor said upon interrogation all the accused persons confessed to the crime, noting that their action was contrary to Section  284 of the Penal Code law of Nigeria.
The magistrate, Nafisat Lawal Bagiwa, adjourned the case to March 13 for mention and ordered the accused persons to be remanded in prison custody.
