Tiwa Savage lands Pepsi endorsement deal

32-year old Tiwa, who was recently signed on to maverick producer, Don Jazzy’s new record label, Mavin Records, is being managed by Tunji ‘T-Billz’ Balogun, whose 323 Entertainment reportedly clinched and finalized the deal about a month ago.

Details are still sketchy at this stage but Balogun has confirmed the deal in a phone interview with NET saying, “‘Yea, the deal is true, I can confirm that but that’s all I can say for now.”

The songwriter and singer, becomes the second female performer to represent the brand, after fellow pop singer, Ashionye who was signed as the face of “Pepsi Light” back in 2007. But so far, there hasn’t been any confirmation from the soft drink giants.

The former American Idol contestant is set to drop her debut album offering later this year.
