A magistrates’ court in Jos, Plateau State, on Thursday, sentenced a 32-year-old trader, Abdullahi Shuaibu, to two years in prison for stealing two cows.

The Judge, Mr Tapmwa Gotep, who sentenced Shuaibu following a guilty plea, however, gave him an option of N30,000 fine.
