Chief has inspired us with his focus and incredible attention to detail. Yes, his door is always open, and he welcomes everyone with a smile even if he occasionally misses our calls – it comes with the job.
His leadership style is a breath of fresh air. Fair and a great listener, he has a way of making everyone feel valued. It’s no wonder he has earned the respect and admiration of the team. Balancing a heavy workload while maintaining strong, positive relationships with his subordinates, the chief of our time sets a high bar for us all.
