The incident occurred on the evening of March 5, 2014, at about 6 pm, but I have not been able to get over it. On that day, I lost a caring wife who did her best to strike a balance between work and family responsibilities.  The book, 500 Questions & Answers on Islamic Jurisprudence, was your gift to me to commemorate our 18th marriage anniversary.  The book, which was given to me 150 days before your death, was unique because it was the last gift from you to me. Although, you left the world when we need edyou the most, as a Muslim, I accept the saying in the Qur’an that; ‘‘no soul will pass its prescribed time’’. Allah who decided to remove you from this world knows best.  We will continue to pray that the Almighty  rewards you for the little you did when you were alive.
You served in various capacities in Jigawa State, and you gave your best. Allah made you a High Court judge, the first female to occupy that position in Jigawa State. You were also a bridge builder for many families, just as you were always at the service of the needy in the society. May Allah forgive you your sins and reward you abundantly.
