A Kano Road Traffic Agency (KAROTA) official has been feared killed after a moving truck crushed him along BUK road in the state.
An eyewitness, Musa Muhammad, said the KAROTA official was crushed while attempting to stop another vehicle.
The incident happened around 10 minutes past 12pm along BUK Road , Haurin Shanu, adjacent Tangaza Primary School in Kano.
Muhammad added that although other KAROTAta personnel tried to prevent him from stopping the moving vehicle before he was crushed by the hit-and-run driver of the truck.
KAROTA Public relations officer, Nabulisi Abubakar Kofar Naisa, confirmed the incidence.
He also said the victim is now at Murtala Muhammad Hospital and they are waiting for reports about his status.
