Tuface, who was on a radio programme in a Lagos to give publicity to his latest album ‘The Ascension,’ spoke on the abduction of the girls when he was asked about theirabduction.
The music icon said he was disappointed by the way the issue of rescuing the girls was being handled. He was particularly unhappy with the way the federal government was handling the situation.
“I think the whole thing is a joke,” he said. “The government has not expressed enough seriousness in handling the situation.”
Tuface said the abduction has been a politicised and politicians were now trading blames, even as he advised the government to tackle the situation responsibly and ensure the girls were returned safely.
He also declared that politics wasnot for him when asked if he would consider a political appointment.
Meanwhile,‘The Ascension’ album, which features artistes like Iceberg Slim, Tony One Week among others, has been released.
