While presenting his letter of credence to the Supervising Minister of Foreign Affairs, Prof. Viola Onwuliri, Haddaoui said his experience would help to strengthen the bilateral relations between Nigeria and his country.
“I will ensure I do my best to strengthen our bilateral relations in different fields such as education, health, tourism agriculture and many more. I believe before the end of my tenure here, I would be able to achieve a lot as well as ensuring people to people contact especially business people from both sides in order to improve the trade relations between us,” he said.
Speaking on the political situation in his country, the diplomat said that they agreed and appointed a new head of government few days ago and that his country has been a success since the Arab spring in terms of democratic governance.
“Tunisia is now seen as a laboratory for democracy and all Tunisians are working and striving hard to ensure that they succeed the example of democracy in the country by supporting the whole process,” he added.
