a. Early year’s coordinator/head teacher (Ref; WS 1) Supporting the school proprietor to provide effective leadership and management of staff with the ultimate aim of providing high standards of care and education, ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, support staff in their roles and ensure targets are met and costs are managed. An understanding of the Reggio Emilia approach to early years would be desirable.
Qualification: Graduate or master’s degree in Education. Having a minimum of seven years experience in this industry and understands fully OFSTED requirements and what it takes to run a successful nursery.
b. Early year’s & nursery teachers (Ref; WS2) Will assist the school coordinator and nursery team in providing high quality childcare and planned activities appropriate to the age and stage of development of the children.
Qualification: Graduate in education/other. Experience of working with children under the age of 5, ideally within a nursery environment and must have a good understanding of the EYFS Ideally Qualified Teacher Status
c. Teaching Assistants, Nannies and Nurses (Ref; WS3) Will assist nursery team in providing high quality childcare and planned activities appropriate to the age and stage of development of the children.
Qualification: OND/NCE/Other; experience of working with children under the age of 5, ideally within a nursery environment.
d. Accountant/Bursar (Ref; WS4) BSc/HND in accounting, minimum of two years experience
e. Front Desk (Ref; WS5) Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 1 – 2 years’ experience.
f. Admin Assistants (Ref; WS6) Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in similar position.
