Two middle aged men, Nura Abdulkadir and Salisu Umar both residents of Hausawa quarters have been arrainged before a Senior Magistrate court No 25 sitting at Gyadi-Gyadi, Kano for alleged criminal consipiracy, tresspassing and theft.
According to the police First Information Report (FIR), the offenses were contrary to sections 97, 342 and 286 of Penal Code Law. Olamide Ola Ade of Gyadi-Gyadi quarters reported to the police that the accused stole three motor vehicle batteries and eight different compressors in his garage located at No 2 Hausawa, Bawo road Kano.
The first accused person Nura Abdulkadir admitted to the offenses while the 2nd accused person denied the them.
The presiding judge senior magistrate Abdu Abubakar Maiwada adjourned the case to 16th November, 2017.
