Two students have been reportedly killed along Kurra Falls in Gashish District, Barkin Ladi Local Government Area of Plateau State.
One of the students, identified as Obadiah Daryan (aged 25) was schooling at the National Veterinary Research Institute (NVRI) Vom and the other, Ezekiel Monday (aged 21), was a student of Government Senior Secondary School (GSSS) Gashish.
It was gathered that they were ambushed by the gunmen and shot dead when they were on a motorcycle to Barkin Ladi town, and that the attackers also carted away Obadiah’s phone.
In another attack on Thursday night, one Francis Samuel from Fass settlement was also reportedly stabbed in Kwi community

It was learnt that the victim was on admission at a hospital.

The Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) of the Plateau State Command, Alfred Alabo, was yet to respond to the attacks.
Recall that there have been attacks, killings, destruction of farmlands/cattle and rustling of cows among farmers and herders in some communities in Plateau State.
