The family of a British man abducted January last year  and the British High Commission have renewed appeal for information about his whereabouts.

David Priestly, 72, was abducted by armed men from a construction site at Kwali on Abuja-Lokoja road on January 26 last year.

He’d lived in Nigeria for more than 30 years before his disappearance and is married to a Nigerian, with two children.

“He is a good husband and loving father who is well respected within the Nigerian community for all his good works,” his wife said in a statement from the British High Commission in Abuja.

“His children miss him terribly and are desperate for any information about what happened to their father.”

His family has listed a number 08177415460, where anyone with information about Priestly’s current situation can make contact and help them fully understand what’s happened.
