The Super Eagles Team B player, whose goal scoring prowess has waned of late, told Fever Pitch in a telephone interview that he has recovered from momentary setback and has his eyes set on resuming the goal-scoring business.

“Yes, that was what my club engaged me to do, and I want to say today that I am going to resume goal scoring this week; I was on break temporarily as a result of injuries and other issues, but beginning with our match tomorrow (today), I will start scoring goals”, he stated.

Ukeyima, who refused to name his target for season, however said the battle for the top marksman of the 2010/2011 league season is not yet over, as her said he still has his eyes set on the top prize.

“I don’t think you are right, the battle for the highest goals scorer in the league is not won yet, you know the first half of the season will end this weekend, which means we still have nineteen more matches to play in the second half. So, one can still emerge top”, he noted.
