This information, among other issues, was contained in a letter signed by the Director and Chief Scientific Adviser, Professor Oyebanji Oyelaran Oyeyinka, and sent to the government recently.
In the letter, the director commended the government for making towns and cities in the state conducive for working, living, relaxation and economic activities.
Oyelaran Oyeyinka stressed that the collaboration will also help to build capacity with particular focus on job creation, improved living conditions   and local assets development.
He commended Governor Liyel Imoke for his transformation of towns and urban cities in the state.
