The Chairman, Board of Trustees, Kings & Queens Medical University College, Ghana, The First African UNESCO Laureate & VC, CUICI, USA, Prof Sir Bashiru Aremu, has congratulated Prof Mrs Mashudat Abiola Bello-Mojeed, Crown University’s Professor of Psychiatry and Public Health on her recent appointment at First Private Ghana’s Medical University, Kings & Queens Medical University College (KQMUC), Ghana as Professor of Psychiatry and Public Health.

UNESCO Laureate made this disclosure today being on Sunday, in a statement personally signed by him which was made available to some group of Journalists in Àsaba, Delta State capital by his Executive Assistant On Media, Publicity and Communication Matters, Comrade Sir Bieni Victor Emenike as Prof Sir Bashiru Aremu commended Prof Mrs Mashudat Abiola Bello-Mojeed on her another appointment as Professor of Psychiatry and Public Health at Kings & Queens Medical University College (KQMUC), Ghana apart from Crown University she also working at another universities.

The First African UNESCO Laureate Prof Sir Bashiru Aremu while commending KQMUC, Ghana President , Prof Sir Jerryson Ameworgbe Gidisu, on her another Professorship appointment of Professor Mrs Mashudat Abiola Bello-Mojeed at Kings and Queens Medical University College Ghana, noted that the Bello-Mojeed’s is merit-based as a leading expert and researcher in mental health; autism and other developmental disorders in Africa with many research papers in peer-reviewed journals

According to UNESCO Laureate & VC CUICI, USA, “This is in addition to working with individuals with autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders and her research works also addresses the intersection between mental and Public Health issues across the globe”.

Prof Aremu noted further that Prof Mrs Mashudat Abiola Bello-Mojeed is committed to bringing important knowledge gaps in mental and public health, evidence- based interventions, and improved well-being of those with mental health conditions and public health issues especially in low and middle-income countries such as Nigeria and other African countries.

Professor Mashudat Abiola Bello-Mojeed is also a full Professor of Psychiatry and Public Health at the Crown University Intl USA promoted and appointed in the year 2024.
