Prince Ajibola, who was the former Judge of the International Court of Justice, at Hague, expressed his appreciation for the honour conferred on him by the students.
The event which held at the university’s main auditorium, also featured public lecture delivered by a human rights lawyer, Mr Bamidele Aturu.
Dignitaries that graced the occasion included the Vice Chancellor, Prof. AbdulGaniyu Ambali, Judge Bola Ajibola, Hon. Justice Dahiru Musdapher, Chief Folake Solanke, SAN, Chief Sunday Adewusi, Mallam Yusuf Olaolu Ali, SAN, Dr. Oba Otudeko, Mr Bamidele Aturu, the Vice Chancellor, Crescent University, Abeokuta, Professor A. Okeleye, the Dean, Faculty of Law, Dr. I.A. Yusuf, Principal Officers, Deans and Directors of the University of Ilorin.
In his address, the President of Law Students, Mustapha Mubarak, thanked all and sundry for attending the occasion, attributing the success of the programme to the support of the Vice-Chancellor and the entire management of the university.
