The Board of Directors of UnityKapital Assurance Plc has appointed Mr Polycarp Osee Didam as the substantive Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the company. 

The appointment which has been approved by the National Insurance Commission, the regulatory body of insurance in Nigeria took effect from August 1st, 2017.

Mr Didam attended Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi and the University of Lagos.

He also holds an MBA (Management) from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi and Masters of Managerial Psychology from the University of Lagos.

He has worked in leading companies and broking firms in the insurance industry, including Industrial and General Insurance (IGI), AXA Mansard Insurance Plc, and was also a one-time Managing Director/CEO of both Fin Insurance Company Limited and Guinea Insurance Plc.
