The U.S. Commercial Service in Nigeria and the U.S-based cyber-security company, McAfee Incorporated, have collaborated on how to empower organizations to be more effective in protecting digital assets.
At a breakfast seminar for cyber security experts and corporate end-users in Lagos, McAfee also announced the launch of its Enhanced Unified Defense Architecture designed to make protection of digital assets easier for organizations willing to adopt cyber security.
In a statement signed by the Communication Specialist, US Consulate, Lagos, Temitayo Famutimi, the Commercial Attaché, U.S. Diplomatic Mission to Nigeria, Ms. Jennifer Woods was quoted as saying the programme aims to support Nigeria’s rapidly growing digital economy.
