He stated this in an interactive session held with Estate Surveyors and Valuers in Abuja.
He admonished them to exhibit excellent, transparent and honest customer-client relationship in their businesses especially as it will affect the anticipated compensation activities and real estate products expected from the Land Swap deals.   
Odudu noted that the success of the Land Swap programme is dependent on the security which the property market can guarantee, therefore, warned that ESVARBON will sanction members who fail to abide by professional code/ethics in their dealings with the public now that the prospect of land allocation through the market forces is becoming reality.
