The Vice Chancellor, Federal University, Lokoja, Professor Angela Freeman Miri, has said that the institution is set to commence post graduate programmes. 

Miri, who disclosed this in Lokoja during the 6th matriculation ceremony of the institution, informed that the admission list of those offered post graduate diplomas will soon be published while advertisements for master’s programmes will be out in the months ahead.

According to her, plans are also underway to introduce more faculties and programmes to offer prospective students variety.

1,606 students comprising 734 for the Faculty of Arts/Social Sciences and 872 for the Faculty of Science were matriculated during the ceremony.
